TC02. This online ticketing payment system is provided by TNSPMC through its main website www.tnpolicemuseumchennai.com and other associated websites through the links provided in the main website.
TC03. Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility.
TC04. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that the visitor accepts these terms.
TC05. TNSPMC may update these terms and condition from time to time and as and when required for due implementation.
TC06. If Terms and Conditions are not acceptable, do not use this facility.
TC07. The Country of Domicile is India and any dispute over Online Ticketing is subject to the Jurisdiction of Chennai only.

All payments are subject to the following conditions:-

PY01. Tickets for TNSPMC are issued to visitors in advance by accepting payments through online mode.
PY02. Once choices for the ticketing are chosen the visitor and payment made by the visitor, the selected ticketing choices and payment made are irreversible.
PY03. Once payment is made, no change can be made nor the amount paid can be refunded.
PY03. During Ticketing, the mobile number provided by the visitor is validated to ensure that the visitor alone receives ticket related information through SMS.
PY04. Ticket specific SMS messages are sent to the visitor's mobile only and not to anyone else.
PY05. Visitors are only responsible for keeping any such SMS strictly confidential and private without sharing it to anybody.
PY06. TNSPMC is in no way responsible for leaking out of the such SMS messages
PY07. The Ticket Fees are charged in INR (Indian Rupees).
PY08. TNSPMC reserves the right to change the Ticket Fees at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
PY09. Any payment made by the visitor will normally reach the TNSPMC account within two working days.
PY10. TNSPMC will not accept liability for a payment not getting realized in TNSPMC's account.
PY11. TNSPMC neither accepts liability if payment is refused or declined by the Credit/Debit Card Supplier or Net Banking or any other modes of payment for any reason.
PY12. TNSPMC shall not be responsible for any payment debited in the visitor's account and not credited in TNSPMC's account. And in such cases, tickets cannot be issued.
PY13. TNSPMC is in no obligation to bring this fact to the attention of the visitor and no activity shall be entertained by TNSPMC in this connection.
PY14. Visitors should check with their bank/credit/debit card suppliers to know if payment has been deducted from their account.
PY15. TNSPMC shall be in no event liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

RP01. Once Ticketing is done and the payment is made, the payment made is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or transferred or returned or cancelled.

Privacy Policy

PP02. TNSPMC reserves the rights to post product/service specific privacy notices/materials to explain about the products /services offered.
PP03. TNSPMC can be approached for any clarification through the email provided in the website.
PP04. TNSPMC reserves the entire right to amend this privacy statement anytime and without any reason.
Nothing contained herein creates or is intended to create a contract/agreement between TNSPMC and any visitor visiting the TNSPMC website or other associated websites.
